(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Petitioner has come up with the above Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Respondent to consider his Application dated 13.08.2019 and issue Community Certificate to his son C.Rakshith, that he belongs to Kurumans (ST) Community, based upon the Community Certificate already issued to him. 2.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought in the Writ Petition and taking note of the pendency of the Petitioner's Application seeking issuance of Community Certificate, as if, he belongs to Kurumans (ST) Community, we direct the Respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Mettur Dam, to pass appropriate orders on the Petitioner's Application dated 13.08.2019, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
