Dispute regarding vacant site is the subject matter of civil dispute between the petitioner herein and the second and third respondents.

2. The petitioner alleges that while the civil dispute is pending, the private respondents are trying to dispossess him. Admittedly, the land is a vacant land and therefore, the question of dispossessing him may not arise.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that on 23.03.2023, the petitioner has given a complaint regarding attempt of dispossession and the same has been taken for enquiry in C.S.R.No.1741 of 2023.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the C.S.R is under active consideration and if necessary protection will be granted to the petitioner.

5. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
