After some arguments, Mr.M.A.Lakshmipathi, learned counsel for writ petitioners sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned writ petitions but made a fervent plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioners including the contentions raised in the captioned writ petitions for filing more comprehensive writ petitions on the same cause of action / causes of action.
