This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.

2. It is reported that the proceedings in STC No.333 of 2018 has already been disposed of by the Court concerned. Recording the same, this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands closed.
