O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed, challenging the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.13851/A5/2005 dated 25.07.2006, wherein, the first respondent imposed a punishment of censure against the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

It is stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that the petitioner was working in the second respondent school as Drawing Master and he reached the age of superannuation on 31.07.2006. During his tenure as Drawing Master, though the petitioner was physically fit to continue the service till the end of the Academic year 2006-2007 as per the Government Oder, he was not permitted to continue his service by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent, and hence, he made a representation on 20.07.2006 to permit him to continue the service till the end of the academic year and the same was rejected by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.13851/A5/2005 dated 25.07.2006, alleging that Criminal case was pending against the petitioner, and hence, he was not permitted to continue his service during the academic year from 01.08.2006 to 31.05.2007.

3. Though the Writ Petition was filed in the year 2006, after a lapse of 11 years, I do not find anything survives for adjudication and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
