This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(b) upon the petitioner in the order dated 08.09.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10628 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court.
