The petition has been filed to condone the delay of 80 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.137845 of 2024.
2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent/Insurance Company present in Court has no objection on condition that the interest to be waived for the delay of 80 days.
3. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.23420 of 2024 is allowed on condition that the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 80 days.
4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order and to print the name of Mr.K.Vinod as learned Counsel for Respondent-2, when the Appeal is listed before the Court.
