The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case has been settled under the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty.
2.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to restore the same in case Form 5 is not issued and the case is not settled under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme.
No costs.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
