This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in its order dated 12.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20759 of 2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) stated that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police station, once in every week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
