This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 578 days in re-presenting the above appeal suit.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras within a period of one week from today, failing which this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
