This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.10146 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12716 of 2023 vide order dated 27.07.2023, to appear before the learned Principal District Judge, Nannilam once in every month and on all hearing dates without fail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent comes under the jurisdiction of Judicial Magistrate Court, Rasipuram and also there is no Principal District Court in Nannilam. Thereby, the petitioners are not able to comply with the condition.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10146 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12716 of 2023 vide order dated 27.07.2023, is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders".
