This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st to 3rd respondents to direct the 5th respondent to return the certificates viz., 1) original 10th mark sheet; 2) 12th original mark sheet; 3) original M.A.Provisional Certificate to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was listed on 28.01.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed after four weeks. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 02.08.2021 and on that day also there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no Page No.2 of 4

representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
