This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.M.P.No.11011 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15237 of 2023, dated 04.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) stated that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a month till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the Trial Court.
