O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct further investigation and include the accused who have committed the offence and all the offences made out in the complaint dated 24.08.2024 in F.I.R.No.245 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner's children were found dead near a private pond which belonged to one Babu who is running brick kiln. The pond is located in residential area without any security facilities. The petitioner has given representation

dated 07.10.2024 before the third respondent police to include the name of Babu in Crime No.245 of 2024. Despite the allegations in the complaint against the said Babu, the respondent police has not impleaded the said Babu in the complaint in Crime No.245 of 2024 in order to facilitate him and in order to escape him from the criminal liability. Further RDO enquiry was also not conduced in the matter Hence the petitioner has come forward with the above criminal original petition.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent police are awaiting for forensic lab report.

5. Prima facie, allegations are made out as against the third respondent and therefore, the respondent police is directed to alter the complaint and complete the investigation and file a charge sheet, in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.

6. With the abovesaid direction, The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
