This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 19.06.2023 in Crl.MP.No.6254 of 2023 to report before the Mylapore Police Station, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police, once in a month i.e., on the first Saturday of every month till filing of the final report and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
