This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 05.09.2023 in Crl.OP.No.20609 of 2023 to report before the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, on all working days until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the II Additional City Civil Court, Chennai weekly once i.e., on every Monday, for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as directed by the Court.
