These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed in para No.6(a) and for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order in Crl.O.P.No.23090 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court has already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners by an order dated 20.09.2024. At that time, this Court has imposed condition [a] in para No.6 which reads as follows: 7(a). the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for four weeks.

4. Considering the representations made by either side and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is now inclined to modify the aforesaid condition [a] imposed in para No.6 to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Jurisdictional Magistrate everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of thirty (30) days and in other aspects, the conditions imposed by this Court are intact.

Further, considering the reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the modification petition was filed before this Court, they were unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered. 25.10.2024 ksa-2 2/3
