This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.25537 of 2022 on 20.10.2022 in Crime No.344 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
