2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in both the matters, already the trial has been commenced and the prosecution has closed their evidence. Thereafter, the questioning also over under Section 313 of Cr.P.C., and the matters are posted for arguments. Therefore, at the fag end of the trial, the quash petitions cannot be entertained.

Original Petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
