The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.19923 of 2024 by order dated 21.08.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the petitioners had also complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
