ORDER
This Original Petition has been filed for issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties of late Suria Ramanan, who died intestate on 03.01.2015. The petitioner and respondents are the neice and nephew of the deceased through her sisters and the deceased has no other surviving legal heirs except the petitioner and the respondent, since she died issueless. The respondents inspite of service of notice have remained absent and kept themselves away from this proceedings. The petitioner seeks issuance of Letters of Administration in respect of the properties mentioned in the petition, which is situated within the jurisdiction of this court.
2. The petitioner has examined herself as PW1. She has produced the death certificates of the deceased and her predeceased husband compared with the originals as Ex.P11 and Ex.P1. The family card of the deceased as Ex.P3. On perusal of the Ex.P3, it clearly shows that the deceased and her predeceased husband died issueless. The paper publications have been made and marked as Ex.P9 and Ex.P10 wherein it is stated that the petitioner the respondents are the legal heirs of the 2/5
deceased and any objections have not been received from any person.

In view of the above mentioned facts, this Original Petition is ordered and Letters of Administration are granted in favour of the petitioner, in respect of the properties mentioned in the petition of the late.Suria Ramanan. The petitioner is directed to execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in the name of the Assistant Registrar (Original Side) of this Court. The petitioner is further directed to file an inventory of assets and statement of accounts within a period of six months and one year, respectively. dpq Internet : Yes / No Index : Yes / No 3/5
