ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard M/s.R.Pushpalatha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and M/s.R.Poornima, learned counsel for respondent No.4.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that a survey would be conducted in the subject writ survey numbers in two weeks. If, in survey, encroachment is noticed, then steps to remove the encroachment would be taken immediately. In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
