This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.19613 of 2023 daated 31.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) stated that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police station, once in every week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
