This petition has been filed to seek the permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to effect substituted service on the unserved 2nd, 4th and 5th respondents by paper publication, as the remaining respondents have already been served.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall effect substituted service on the 2nd, 4th and 5th respondents in a Tamil Daily "Maalai Murasu" returnable by two weeks.
