ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2022 and pass orders.
2. According to the petitioner, in the month of September 2022, there were several resolutions passed in the Idaikalinadu Town Panchayat, Kadapakkam, Chengalpattu District but no decision has been made so far. When no action is taken, public work would suffer and as a result, public interest cannot be served fully. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 14.11.2022 to the respondents to take appropriate action to conduct public auction to benefit the people. However, no action has been taken so far.
3. Putting the State Government Pleader on notice, without going into the merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the petitioner dated 14.11.2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
