These petitions have been filed to quash the C.C.Nos.234 of 2000 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate IV, Coimbatore.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this matter already the trial has been commenced and the prosecution has closed the evidence. Thereafter, the questioning also over under Section 313 of Cr.P.C., and the matter is posted for arguments. Therefore, at the fag end of the trial, the quash petition cannot be entertained.
