This petition is filed to condone the delay of 38 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 submitted that the respondents have no objection in ordering this petition.

3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 38 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
