This Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2022 to appoint him as a Mutawalli of Hazarath syed Hafiz Kareemullah Sha Khaderi Darga, Arcot by hereditary and customary rights and to dispose the same within a time frame limit.

2. In view of the limited relief sought for in the Writ Petition, the 1st and 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.03.2022, and pass appropriate orders on merit and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
