PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.0277/2024/Aa1, issued by the 4th respondent dated 20.08.2025 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal, ultra-virus and without jurisdiction and to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service forthwith with all consequential benefits namely the arrears of salary and allowances including balance subsistence allowance. ORDER

When the matter was taken up today for consideration, Mrs.R.Anita, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 4 and 5 would submit that the petitioner has been suspended only on 20.08.2025, whereas the petitioner has raised the ground stating that it is a prolonged suspension and that it has not been reviewed sofar.

2.At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would seek leave of this Court to withdraw the above writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

3.In view of the above submission and endorsement made, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
