This Court vide order dated 06.11.2025, referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court. Thereafter, the

mediation proceedings started and mediator has submitted a report before this Court dated 27.03.2026, in which it has been stated that the mediation has been completed and a settlement agreement is enclosed. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is present and submitted that this case may be disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement entered into between the parties dated 27.03.2026.

3.Considering the arguments as advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusal of the report of the Mediator dated 27.03.2026 as well as the settlement agreement dated 27.03.2026, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of with a direction to the parties that they shall abide by the conditions laid down in the settlement agreement dated 27.03.2026. The settlement agreement dated 27.03.2026 shall also form part of this order.
