The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.10031 of 2023 dated 31.03.2023 has been complied with, since the representation of the petitioner has been considered. 2.In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
