A.No.9125 of 2019 A.No.9125 of 2019 in OP.No.327 of 2013 K.KALYANASUNDARAM.,J This application has been field to grant extension of succession certificate pertaining to the debts and securities specified in the schedule of judge's summons.

2. According to the applicants, this Court already granted Succession Certificate to the debts and securities of the deceased Mr.K.Balakrishnan in O.P.No.327 of 2013 on 23.08.2013. Now, this application has been filed to include some of the missing debts and securities as mentioned in the schedule.

3. Considering the fact that the Original Petition was allowed on 23.08.2013 and also considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is allowed.
