This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order passed in W.P.No.32188 of 2018 dated 26.08.2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3 brought to the notice of this Court that the Respondent No.3 has passed an order in proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.05554/2018-19/T.A.Section dated 31.07.2024 duly complying with the order passed by this Court in the main Writ Petition. A copy of the same is also served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, this Court does not find any deliberate violation on the part of the respondents. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is granted liberty to take appropriate steps against the proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.05554/2018-19/T.A.Section dated 31.07.2024, if so advised. No costs.
