The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, seeking to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order of the Court made in W.P.No.5780 of 2007 dated 19.12.2009.

2. Mr.Tamilselvan, learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

3. Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that a GO in respect of regularization of the temporary services of the petitioner has been issued in G.O.(4D).No.29, Water Resources Department, dated 23.07.2024 and a copy of the same is circulated herein.
