ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned suspension order dated 22.04.2021.

2. Heard Mr.I. Abrar Md. Abdullah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.L.S.M. Hasan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset, would submit that the petitioner will be satisfied if his representation seeking for revocation of the impugned suspension order, is considered by the respondents on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of 2/4

G.O.(Ms).No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if such a direction is issued by this Court.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2021, seeking for revocation of the impugned suspension order dated 22.04.2021, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in the light of G.O.(Ms).No.81, Human Resources Management (N) Department, dated 04.08.2022.
