JUDGMENT

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.26013 of 2022 dated 28.09.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. A copy of the order dated 29.10.2023 complying the directions of this Court has been placed before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission as to compliance, this contempt petition stands closed. Consequently, the Sub Application (OS) No.784 of 2023 stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 03.11.2023 Index : Yes / No NHS
