C.M.P.No.21998 of 2025 in C.M.A.SR.No.136828 of 2025 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.
and MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR,J.
[Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.] The petition has been filed with a delay of 110 days in preferring the above appeal.
2. Notice served on the respondent, husband, who has entered appearance through counsel.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent has strongly opposed the petition for condonation of delay.
4.
Considering the fact that the divorce petition was dismissed and that the petitioner/appellant seeks to contest the matter on merits, this Court condones the delay to enable the petitioner/appellant herein to exercise her right of appeal. Accordingly, the petition seeking condonation of delay of 110 days is allowed.
