(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) We are informed that the challenge to the order made in Writ Appeal No.1000 of 2018 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court has been rejected. The Commissioner, Coimbatore Corporation has filed an affidavit stating that the Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1000 of 2018 dated 31.01.2023 has been complied with and the petitioners have been conferred the benefits that they are entitled to under the order. Proof of such compliance has also been filed and photo copies of the demand drafts issued to the petitioners in the contempt petition have also been produced.
