Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.N.Naveenkumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
2. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that his representation has not been considered by the respondents and the result has not been published.
3. Whereas, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced the written instructions from the second respondent and the same indicate that the fifth respondent has sent the proposal to the second respondent vide their letter dated 03.10.2023 and 2/4
the proposal is under active consideration of the second respondent and the Orders of this Court will be complied with on merits.
4. In such view of the matter, this court finds that there is no will disobedience of the Order of this Court.
5. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. 06.11.2023 vrc 3/4
