This petition has been filed to quash the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.10752 of 2017 pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. This matter was listed for admission on 02.01.2018. At the time of admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner took an adjournment, therefore the matter was adjourned to 09.01.2018 and the case was listed for admission, again the learned counsel for the petitioner took an adjournment. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter for admission and therefore, the matter is pending for the past 3 years. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition.
