This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in an order passed by this Court, dated 04.09.2023 passed in Crl.O.P.No.20260 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for the interrogation.
