orders on the same in regard to extend the benefits of G.O.(Pa).No.307, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (Corp.4) Department, dated 09.08.2011 to the petitioner also and grant advance increment for passing Account Test with all consequential benefits as per the rules. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of his appeal dated 04.12.2021, which is pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard Mr.A.R. Suresh for Mr.K. Arumugam, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.M. Shajahan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the first and second respondents and Mr.T.Shanmugam, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up 2/5

for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Aggrieved by the order dated 30.11.2021 passed by the third respondent, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 04.12.2021.

4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if a direction is issued to the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's appeal dated 04.12.2021, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
