Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to proceed with the enquiry and pass orders regarding genuineness of social status and verification of Kurumans (ST) community of the petitioner as per the Second Appeal preferred before the 1st respondent dated 14.05.2022 against the order of the 3rd respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.10687/2016/Ko3 dated .07.2020 confirming the rejection order passed by the 4th respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.10643/2015/A4 dated 21.10.2016 with the time framed manner.

The prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- directing the respondents 1 and 2 to proceed with the enquiry and pass orders regarding genuineness of social status and verification of Kurumans (ST) community of the petitioner as per the Second Appeal preferred before the 1st respondent dated 14.05.2022 against the order of the 3rd respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.10687/2016/Ko3 dated .07.2020 2/5

confirming the rejection order passed by the 4th respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.10643/2015/A4 dated 21.10.2016 with the time framed manner.

2.Considering the fact that the appeal is pending for more than six months, without going into the merits, we direct the State Level Scrutiny Committee to dispose of the Second Appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
