This civil revision petition is filed against the order and decretal order in IA.No.79 of 2017 in FCOP.No.87 of 2013 on the file of 1/4

Family Court, Salem dated 11.08.2017 thereby dismissing the interim maintenance petition.

Now, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the main FCOP.No.87 of 2013 itself was disposed of and divorce was granted in favour of the respondent herein.

The present civil revision petition is filed against the dismissal of interim maintenance petition while pending FCOP.No.87 of 2013. Therefore, nothing survives in the civil revision petition.
