ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents 1 to 3 to enhance the pay of petitioner retired as Cane Development Assistant Supervisory C Grade in the 3rd Respondent Sugar Mills on par with the erstwhile Common Care Employees with effect from 01.04.2003 in the light of the order, dated 22.04.2015 in W.P.No.23252004 and confirmed by the Division Bench in W.A.Numbers 54, 56, 98101 and 318 of 2016 and 11-13, 58 and 59 of 2017 and also pay all the arrears and consequential benefits with interest.

2. Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the Respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Azagu Gowthaman, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 3rd Respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal today at the admission stage itself.

4. Though a larger prayer has been sought for, this Court without going into the merits of the case, confines to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.07.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
