This Petition has been filed to relax until further orders condition of reporting every day at 10.30 am before the respondent police imposed upon by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20682 of 2024 dated 27.08.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that Spl.SC No.56 of 2023 has been assigned before the Mahila Court, Erorde and the next hearing date has also been fixed on 21.11.2024 before the trial Court.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20682 of 2024 on 27.08.2024 in 6(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on 21.11.2024 and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the Court concerned.
