Mr.J.Aravind, learned counsel representing Mr.D.R.Arunkumar, appearing for the respondents files written instructions to state that both the tenders have been lodged and as such, the challenge does not survive and as a consequence, there is no force in the prayer of the petitioners for opening the tenders filed by them. 3.
Recording this, these writ petitions are closed. No costs.
