Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus to direct respondents 1 and 2 to conduct detail and thorough enquiry/investigation on the complaint dated 27.10.2022 and 11.11.2022 of the petitioner(given through registered post dated 11.11.2022) and provide a copy of complete enquiry report to the petitioner in term of law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case title "Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh".

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 1 and 2 to conduct detailed and thorough enquiry/investigation on the complaint dated 27.10.2022 and 11.11.2022 of the petitioner(given through registered post dated 11.11.2022) and provide a copy of complete enquiry report to the petitioner in term of law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of "Lalitha Kumari Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh". 2.

It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, CSR was issued in current paper No.165 of 2022. On perusal of the said complaint, it is a case of job racketing by respondents 3 & 4 herein. Therefore, the said complaint was transferred to the jurisdictional police i.e. Inspector of Police, Usilampatti Town Police Station, Madurai District since respondents 3 and 4 are residing there.

Therefore, the Inspector of Police, Usilampatti Town Police Station, Madurai is directed to enquire the above mentioned complaint lodged by the petitioner and to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
