The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"May be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition."

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh petition by mentioning the crime number.
