The above C.M.Ps have been filed to condone the delay of 24 days in filing each of the writ appeals.

2. Mr.P.R. Thiruneelakandan, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the workman in the respective petitions has no objection for condoning the delay.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of each of the civil miscellaneous petitions and in view of "No objection"

expressed by the learned counsel for the workman in the respective civil miscellaneous petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are ordered as prayed for.
